The US International Trade Commission found that the US industry was materially injured or threatened with injury by unfairly traded cold-rolled steel coil imports from China and Japan, the ITC said Wednesday.
All six commissioners voted affirmatively. As a result of the ruling, the antidumping and countervailing duty margins the US Department of Commerce found on CRC will be formalized.
