U.S. SLAPS PRELIMINARY IMPORT DUTY ON INDIAN STEEL PIPES

The U.S. Commerce Department proposed preliminary duties on welded stainless pressure pipes imported from India stating the goods were dumped in the U.S. market at below market prices.
