DONGBEI, FROM CHINA, PROMISES THAT WILL NOT CONVERT BONDS INTO SHARES

 Dongbei Special Steel Group, from China, promises that it will not covert its bonds MTN1 and the MTN2 issued in 2013 into shares.

A MTN1 and MTN2 conference decision showed earlier that holders of the notes asked the company to promise in a written form not to convert the bonds into shares and promise to guarantee principal and interest by all means.
