CHINA SAYS THAT "PROTETIONISM" WILL HINDER GLOBAL STEEL TRADE ORDERS

China's ministry of commerce (MOC) was reported as saying on Tuesday that "protectionist" measures will not help tackle global steel overcapacity but instead hinder global trade orders.
The remark follows the EU's decision to adopt a new prior-surveillance system for imports of steel.
