VALE DEFINES NEW CONTRACT TO SHIP 16 MILLION T OF IRON ORE PER YEAR

Vale signed this Monday (March 21) a contract with Hong Kong Ming Wah Shipping, a subsidiary of China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES).

The contratct establishs the transportation of 16 million tonnes of iron ore per year, during 27 yeares.

According to Bloomberg, the contract will start in the first half of 2018 and includes the transportation of manganese.
