CRUDE STEEL CAPACITY UTILISATION FALLS TO 66.2%

The crude steel capacity utilisation ratio of the 66 countries in February 2016 was 66.2%. 

This is -5.7 percentage points lower than February 2015. 

Compared to January 2016, it is 0.9 percentage points higher.
