A union official and the borough manager of Steelton say ArcelorMittal is trying to sell a steel plant that’s operated in this eastern Pennsylvania town since the 1800s.
United Steelworkers local president Ray Napoli tells WNEP-TV (http://bit.ly/1RzwwG4 ) that the plant is for sale. Steelton borough manager Doug Brown says the company told him a few weeks ago, too, that the plant was up for sale.
