BRAZIL HAD A RECORD IN EXPORTS OF STEEL PRODUCTS, WITH 13.7 MILLION TONNES
The steel sector in Brazil registered a record in exports in 2015.
The volume exported was 13.7 million tonnes, an increase of 40.3% compared with the prior year.
Even with this increase the Brazilian mills had a drop of 3.3% in terms of dollars obtained with these operations, that fell to US$ 6.6 billion.
