SAMARCO MUST STOP LEAKS BEFORE OPERATIONS CAN RESUME, SAYS BRAZILIAN GOVERNMENT

The Brazilian government said yesterday that it will not authorize operations to resume at an iron ore mine that burst last year, killing 19 people, until its waste stops leaking.
