SAMARCO AGRESS TO PAY US$ 1.1 BILLION, SAYS ATTORNEY GENERAL

Samarco agrees to pay R$ 4.4 billion (US$ 1.1 billion) to compensate the loss with the dam drill that ocurred last November in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

The information is from the Attorney General from the State of Espírito Santo State.

Samarco is in a meeting this Friday in Brasília to try to get an agreement.

According to the Attorney General, the agreement will be signed next Monday.
