FERROUS SCRAP GOES UP TO US$ 180 IN TURKEY AND REMAINS STABLE IN THE U.S. AT US$ 182

Ferrous scrap prices had a positive week in the main international markets.

The product went up 2,9% in Turkey (US$ 180), Taiwan (+0.6% to US$ 161) and India (+0.5% to US$ 203).

The price remained stable at the U.S., at US$ 182 per long ton.

- Turkish imports HMS #1&2 80/20 scrap, CFR Turkish port: US$ 180 /metric tonne (+2.9%)
- US domestic obsolete shredded scrap, delivered US mill: US$ 182 /long ton (0.0%)
- Taiwanese imports HMS #1&2 80/20 scrap, CFR Taiwan port: US$ 161 /metric tonne (+0.6%)- Indian imports obsolete shredded scrap, CFR Nhava Sheva port: US$ 203 /metric tonne (+0.5%)
