JUSTICE DETERMINES THE BLOCKING OF US$ 125 MILLION OF BHP BILLITON, SAMARCO AND VALE

The Justice of Minas Gerais State (Brazil) determined the blocking of R$ 500 million (US$ 125 million) of Samarco, Vale and BHP Billiton.

The decision is to guarantee the recuperation of the damage caused by the dam drill occured in November in the Samarco mine in Minas Gerais.
