SAMARCO SAYS THAT THERE IS NO MORE LEAKS IN MARIANA, BUT PROSECUTOR INSISTS IN FINE

Prosecutor Carlos Eduardo Ferreira Pinto, from Minas Gerais State, said that will ask the Justice to establish a daily payment of 1 million reais (US$ 270,000) as a fine according to a Justice decision, as consequence of the leak produced by accident in the company's site in Mariana last November.

But Samarco says that there is no more leaks in the unity and will ask for a change in the decision.
