JUSTICE DETERMINE U.S. STEEL TO PAY US$ 5.5 MILLION TO FORMER WORKER

A federal court jury in Pittsburgh says U.S. Steel must pay a former worker $5.5 million who claims he was terminated because of his arthritic knee.
The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review (http://bit.ly/1QjLJoE ) first reported the verdict in the case of Albert Gucker, who worked for more than 30 years, most recently as a heavy equipment repairman at the company’s Irvin Works.
