U.S. STEEL PRODUCTION INCREASES 2.5% IN APRIL, TO 6.5 MILLION T

United States steel production went up 2.5% in April, to 6.571 million t, when compared with the same month of 2015.

The result accumulated from January to April, however, was negative: -0.3%, to 26.221 million t.
