NIPPON STEEL DECIDES TO SELL 34% OF THE SHARES IT HOLDS IN POSCO

NSSMC (Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metals Co.) has decided to sell 34.1 percent of the shares it holds in South Korean steel producer POSCO.
