Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc., Cleveland, has acquired Vizient® Mfg. Solutions, a Bettendorf, Iowa-based, privately held robotic integrator that provides custom-engineered tooling and automated arc welding systems for general and heavy fabrication applications.
Lincoln Electric is a manufacturer of arc welding products, robotic arc welding systems, plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment, and brazing and soldering alloys.
