JUSTICE MAINTAINS ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF USIMINAS BOARD INDICATED BY CSN

In a new decision, the Justice from the Brazilian State of Minas Gerais decided this Monday to revoke last week decision about Usiminas.

The Justice, with this new decision, maintained the election of members of Usiminas Board by CSN.

Last week, a judge had decided that the election should be suspended, according to a requirement of Nippon Steel.
