U.S. SAYS SALES OF FLAT-ROLLED STEEL PRODUCTS FROM JAPAN "WERE NOT MADE AT LESS THAN NORMAL VALUE"

The U.S. Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan.

The period of review (POR) is November 19, 2013 , through April 30, 2015 . 

The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd. ( Toyo Kohan ). The Department preliminarily determine that sales of subject merchandise by Toyo Kohan were not made at less than normal value during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
