Vallourec has denied reports that it has sold its Saint-Saulve mill in northern France to speciality steelmaker Ascometal, the French tube and pipe producer told Steel First on Friday December 4.
Vallourec refuted a report in French newspaper Le Républicain Lorrain on December 2 claiming that an agreement had been reached with Ascométal about the Saint-Saulve steelworks.
