CVM, the Brazilian equivalent of SEC, decided that it was legal the decision taken by Usiminas in 2014 to fire three executives of the company. At that time, Usiminas board said that the executives received an irregular bonus.
According to the newspaper "Diário do Comércio", CVM maintained the decision (favorable to Nippon Steel) about the firing of Alcides Morgante, Daniel Novegil and Roberto Vidigal.
