U.S. ISSUES DETERMINATION COUNTERVAILING DUTY INVESTIGATION OF CORROSION-RESISTANT STEEL PRODUCTS FROM KOREA

The U.S. Department of Commerce (the Department) determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain corrosion-resistant steel products (corrosion-resistant steel) from the Republic of Korea ( Korea ) as provided in section 705 of the Tariff Act of 1930. 

The period of investigation is January 1, 2014 , through December 31, 2014 .
