ARCELORMITTAL UNABLE TO RECEIVE STEEL IN BRAZIL DUE TO LACK OF TRANSPORT

Brazilian steelmaker ArcelorMittal has been unable to receive 10,000 mt of steel due to the lack of transport of the material by rail.
