TOKYO STEEL CUTS SCRAP PRICES AGAIN, BY US$ 9-14

Japanese steelmaker Tokyo Steel has once more lowered its H2-grade scrap purchase prices at all five of its units, this time by ¥1,000-1,500 ($9-14) per tonne, Steel First has learnt.
