Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, announces it has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of Vale S.A. securities from March 21, 2015 through November 30, 2015, all dates inclusive (the “Class Period”). The lawsuit seeks to recover damages for Vale investors under the federal securities laws.
The case is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
