U.S. RECYCLING COMPANY CAMBRIDGE CLOSES ITS DOORS AFTER 106 YEARS

US recycling company Cambridge Iron & Metal is closing its doors in the city of Baltimore after being in business for 106 years.

The recycler stopped receiving material at its processing facility on Wednesday December 2. "I'm sad to say we are shutting down," Neal Shapiro, a third-generation co-owner of Cambridge Iron, told Steel First sister title AMM. "It is devastating us."
