Glencore staged a rebound on Tuesday, climbing as much as 8 percent after a note from Citi that the selloff has been "overdone."
Glencore was the worst performer of all the major European stocks on Monday with its shares plummeting 29 percent, its biggest intraday decline on record. Investors are worried about the company's debt load.
