A group of minority shareholders from Vale will indicate Marcelo Gaspariano, chairman of the board from Usiminas, to be part of the board of the mining company.
The indication will be made on April 27 during the meeting of Vale shareholders.
The initiative ir from L.Par, fund of the enterpeuner Lírio Parisotto.
