BRAZILIAN PUBLIC PROSECUTION ENTERS WITH NEW ACTION AGAINST BHP BILLITON, VALE AND SAMARCO

The Brazilian Public Prosecution entered with a new civil action against Vale, BHP Billiton and Samarco, according to Bloomberg.

The action also includes the Brazilian federal government and the States  of Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo.
