VALE'S MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS MAY DISPUTE A CHAIR IN THE COMPANY BOARD

Minority shareholders from Vale have the right to dispute a chair in the Board of the corporation, according to a decision of CVM (Brazilian equivalent of SEC).

CVM took the decision after a requirement from the fund Geração Futuro L. Par and from VIC DTVM, that indicat Marcelo Gasparino as a candidate for the Board.
