CHROME PRICES JUMP TO 57 CENTS PER LB.

Charge chrome prices jumped on Friday April 8, tracking a rise in domestic prices and a bid price increase by stainless steel mill Tsingshan.

Metal Bulletin’s charge chrome index, cif Shanghai, rose 2 cents to 57 cents per lb. The price had already increased to 55 cents from 54 cents the previous week.
