USIMINAS IN THE FINAL PHASE OF THE NEGOTIATIONS WITH BANKS

Usiminas is in the final phase of the negotiations with banks to get a "standstill", that is the freezing of the debt of the company.

The agreement may be defined until this Friday (March 18) and says that the payment will be "stopped" for 120 days.
