USIMINAS DEPENDS ON SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING AT APRIL 18 TO DEFINE INJECTION OF US$ 250 MILLION

Usiminas now depends on the decision of the General Shareholders' meeting at April 18 to define the injection of R$ 1 billion (US$ 250 million).

The injection was approved last week by the Board of the company.
