JUSTICE BLOCKS ASSETS FROM VALE, BHP BILLITON AND SAMARCO

The Justice of Ponte Nova, in the Brazilian State of Minas Gerais, blocked assets from Samarco, Vale and BHP Billiton for "material and moral damage, individual and colectives" to the cities that suffered with problems in a dam that occured last November.

The value of the blocked assets is R$ 475 million (approximately US$ 120 million).
